Privacy is the point of this product, so the design keeps your documents on your device.
Your documents
Manual redaction runs entirely in your browser. Your file is not uploaded to our servers, and the redacted output is generated on your device. We cannot see the contents of documents you redact this way.
Account data
If you create an account or subscribe, we store the information needed to provide the service, such as your email and billing status. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
Billing and disputes
Payments, refunds, and any payment disputes are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store your billing status and the outcome of a dispute so we can manage your access, but we do not store your card details. If you file a payment dispute, your account is suspended until it is resolved.
