These terms govern your use of Redact Everything. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using the service
Manual redaction runs in your browser and is free to use. Paid plans and server side features are subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. You are responsible for the documents you process and for confirming that the output meets your needs before you rely on it.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. We do not offer refunds once you have downloaded a redacted document after payment, or once you have otherwise actively used the paid service after payment. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not prorated.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider immediately suspends your access to the service, including the editor, and clears the document and redactions held on your device. To restore access you must contact us and resolve the dispute. We may also recover amounts owed to us.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke access to the service at any time, including for non payment, a payment dispute, suspected abuse, or any breach of these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. While redaction is designed to remove content permanently, you should verify the result for your own use case.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
